Terms of Service

Welcome to SuperVictor Universe ("SVU", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at supervictornft.com, supervictoruniverse.com, or supervictor.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Description

SVU is a skill-based competitive gaming platform built on the MultiversX blockchain. The Platform provides:

• PVE Arena — Practice matches against AI opponents using BITS (off-chain, in-game currency)
• PVP Arena — Ranked player-vs-player matches using BITS
• Chain PVP — On-chain competitive matches using VICTOR tokens, USDC, or EGLD
• Hall of Heroes — NFT-based profile, badges, leaderboards, and reputation system

2. Skill-Based Gaming — Not Gambling

The Platform does NOT operate as a casino, bookmaker, or gambling service. No house edge exists — all match funds are distributed between competing players, minus a transparent service fee.

3. Digital Assets & Tokens

• BITS are off-chain, in-game points with no monetary value. BITS cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real currency.
• VICTOR ($VICTOR) is a utility token on the MultiversX blockchain used for in-platform wagering and ecosystem participation. VICTOR is NOT an investment instrument. We make no promises regarding its price or future value.
• NFTs are digital collectibles on MultiversX. Their value is subjective and not guaranteed.

4. Chain PVP Wagering

Chain PVP allows players to stake tokens in skill-based competitive matches:

• Both players deposit equal amounts of tokens into a smart contract escrow
• Match outcome is determined by player-selected moves and combat simulation
• Winner receives the combined deposit minus a 5% service fee (2.5% from each player)
• Funds are handled entirely by the smart contract — SVU never holds player funds directly

5. Fees

• Chain PVP: 5% total service fee (2.5% per player)
• PVP (BITS): 20% total fee (10% per player, off-chain currency)
• PVE: Entry fee in BITS (off-chain, no real value)

6. Smart Contract Risks

By using Chain PVP, you acknowledge:

• Smart contracts are software and may contain bugs despite testing
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Network congestion may cause delays in transaction processing
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
• SVU is not liable for losses due to smart contract failures, network issues, or user error

7. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Chain PVP features
• You are responsible for all activity on your connected wallet
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate matches
• You agree not to exploit bugs — report them to us instead
• You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

8. Account Limitations

• PVE matches: limited to 10 per day per wallet address
• API requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in exploitative behavior

9. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SVU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF TOKENS, NFTs, OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS.

10. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

SuperVictor® is a figurative trade mark registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) by SVU Journey SRL under filing number 019287298, covering Nice classes 9, 16, and 25. All other SVU character names, artwork, logos, badges, and related trade dress (including but not limited to Smarugon, HamHam, VicBits, BEEF, MiniBosses, ACT-0, VIDSUPVIC) are the intellectual property of SVU Journey SRL, protected under EU and international copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Owning an SVU NFT does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Holders are granted a personal and limited commercial license, the full terms of which are described in our separate IP Rights & Licensing page. The IP Rights page is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and SVU.

Partner Recognition Badges displayed in the platform are AI-generated artwork granted at SVU's discretion and used with prior permission of partner brands. Partner trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Recognition badges are non-transferable, non-sellable, and may be revoked at SVU's discretion.

11. Chapter Rewards & In-Game Currency

SVU operates time-bound competitive seasons called Chapters. At the end of each Chapter, the leaderboard is frozen and rewards are distributed according to publicly announced rules. Reward types include:

• BITS — off-chain in-game points credited to your account. BITS have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are not securities, investments, or financial instruments. SVU reserves the right to adjust BITS balances to correct fraud, exploits, or system errors.
• $VICTOR token rewards — distributed to top leaderboard positions through MultiversX-native tools (e.g. xBulk). Distribution is performed manually by SVU after a fraud review of qualifying wallets. Top-position rewards may be withheld from wallets identified as using bots, multi-accounts, or other manipulative behaviour, in SVU's sole discretion.
• NFT-based rewards — when applicable, distributed to the qualifying wallet directly on-chain.

Participation in a Chapter does not constitute a contract for guaranteed reward. SVU may modify Chapter parameters (duration, reward pool, qualifying rules) for reasonable cause prior to the Chapter end date, with such modifications announced through the official Discord and X channels. Once a Chapter is frozen, the leaderboard snapshot is immutable and final.

12. Cheating, Fraud & Account Termination

SVU operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating. Conduct including but not limited to: use of automated tools (bots, scripts, macros) for V-DASH or boss raid; multi-accounting (operating multiple wallets controlled by the same person to gain an unfair share of leaderboard or rewards); exploiting bugs or smart contract behaviour for unintended gain; impersonating SVU staff; or attempting to manipulate leaderboards via brigade attacks — will result in immediate account suspension, BITS wipe, forfeiture of all Chapter rewards, and a permanent ban of the offending wallet(s) from current and future Chapters.

SVU reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud through on-chain analysis, IP correlation, and behavioural review. Investigation outcomes are at SVU's sole discretion and not subject to external appeal except where required by EU law.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be announced on our social channels.
